Trippertybox is a service proposed by Tripperty, a subsidiary of la Poste Group.
Trippertybox is for all the passengers taking a flight from partner Airports (list of airports available in terms of sales), and that have a forbidden item in the cabin of the airplane during the inspection at the security checkpoint.
Trippertybox is actually available on all the terminals of Marseille Provence airport, Ajaccio airport and Nice airport plus on Terminals 2E/2F and T3 of Roissy CDG airport, in the check zones, before the onboarding rooms.
Because with Trippertybox you can store and retrieve at he airport or ship to any address a personal item that you normally should have abandoned at the airport.
Dimensions must not exceed 40cm by 30cm by 20cm. In some Airports, items with a larger size can be accepted.
The item is set in a packaging especially designed for this under the control of a security agent of the airport and the ticket containing the number of your package is given to you. If the item that is prohibited in the cabin does not fit inside the packaging, the label is fixed to the item itself. With this ticket, you connect yourself to our website box.tripperty.com, you enter this number and indicate how you want to get back your item. You fill in your personal informations, pay online and we follow your instructions.
Pricing starts from 10 € for a storage at the airport, up to 54 € for an international shipment out of EU for items set in a packaging especially designed, pricing may vary depending on the airport. You simply need to connect yourself on the website box.tripperty.com, indicate the identifier on Tripperty's ticket that was given to you and follow the instructions.
No, your subscription is immediately processed, so you cannot cancel it.
You can follow up the processing of your subscription on box.tripperty.com, entering the number of your tripperty item.
You will automatically receive your invoice in the email confirming your subscription.
You can pay with the classical Bank Cards : Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express
Items such as weapons, cutting items, aerosols, Hazardous materials or Bottles and bottles over 100 ml are forbidden in the airplane cabin. The official list of forbidden items is available on the website of the french General Directorate of Civil Aviation (http://www.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/liquides-et-objets-interdits-ou-reglementes-en-avion#e2).
Some goods are prohibited in the postal network, like explosives, weapons and ammunition. These goods cannot be taken in charge by Tripperty's service as well as perissables foods that are not in a hermetically sealed packaging, broken objects and too fragiles objects. We invite you to consult the exclusions in the Terms of Sales of Tripperty at the 6th section.
Pick up at the airport
If you choose to pick up at the airport, you will receive in the confirmation email the contact details and schedules of the pickup point of the airport In which you can pick up your item.
You can go to the pickup point within 14 calendar days after the subscription on the website.
You will be informed by e-mail that the object is available for pick-up the airport. Take your ID and the Tripperty label, or the confirmation email or the Tripperty number.
Yes, indicate his / her name in the subscription form and give him the label or number. He must present his ID.
If you perceive that you cannot go to the Pick Up point within the time limit, you have the possibility to ask for a shipping of your confiscated item. You have to log on the website box.tripperty.com with his Identifier and to clic on ‘Redelivery my Item’. After this time limit, the object will be considered abandoned and will become the property of La Poste, which will be free to dispose of it, as it thinks fit.
Your object is delivered to the Carrier within 48 hours after the subscription on the website.
Yes, we send you by e-mail a confirmation of the shipping including the parcel number, so that you can track the parcel's progress on the Carrier website.
By default, all items allowed in the Packaging (see article 6 of the Trippertybox Terms and Conditions) may be sent, except for items prohibited in the country of destination. In the case of an international shipment, we invite you to check the customs legislation and restrictions applicable in your country. We ship your item within 48 hours after your subscription. The indicative delivery times are then 2-3 days in France and 3-10 days at the International.
If you have not received your item within 15 days of the subscription confirmation, please contact us by e-mail at : email@example.com.
The item is placed in a closed package in your presence, unless its dimensions do not allow it. This packaging remains closed until it is handed over to the designated person at the airport or by shipment or until the item is abandoned. However, the packaging may be opened for customs inspection by the competent authorities.
Yes, the informations collected by La Poste are intended for the relevant department of La poste and may only be forwarded to third parties unless that are involved in the provision of the Service.
If you receive a damaged item, send us a picture of the item received and its invoice by e-mail to the address : firstname.lastname@example.org or by writting to the following address : Tripperty by La Poste, 58 avenue des Caniers, ZI les Paluds, 13400 Aubagne, France. You will be compensated up to the amount of the damage sustained not exceeding €23/kg.
