Our service allows you to retrieve personal items that you have forgotten in the partner.

Tripperty is a subsidiary of le Groupe la Poste.

Tripperty is for people who wants to ship an item forgotten or left in the partner.

Tripperty is actually avalaible in our partners.

Dimensions must not exceed 40cm by 30cm by 20cm.

The partner put the item in a packaging especially designed for this and email you the number of your package and a link to order the shipment. On the website ooh.tripperty.com, you are invited to indicate your personal informations and your delivery address and to pay online. The partner is immediately informed and can ship the item.

Prices may vary depending on where the object was found.Pricing starts from 12 € for a national shipment, up to 54 € for an international shipment out of EU. All our pricing is avalaible on our website in Terms and Conditions at the 3rd section.

Subscription

You simply need to connect yourself on the website ooh.tripperty.com, indicate the Tripperty's number that was sent to you and follow the instructions.

No, your subscription is immediately processed, so you cannot cancel it.

You can follow up the processing of your subscription on ooh.tripperty.com, entering the number of your tripperty item.

You will automatically receive your invoice in the email confirming your subscription.

You can pay with the classical Bank Cards : Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express.

Forbidden items

Some goods are prohibited in the postal network, like explosives, weapons and ammunition. These goods cannot be taken in charge by Tripperty's service. We invite you to consult the exclusions in the Terms of Sales of Tripperty at the 6th section. Moreover, in case of fragile object or worth more than 1000 euros, we recommend you to find with the partner a suitable transport solution.

Shipping

The partner is informed immediately whan you order the shipment. Your item is usually delivered to the Carrier within 48 hours after the subscription on the website.

Yes, we send you by e-mail a confirmation of the shipping including the parcel number, so that you can track the parcel's progress on the Carrier website.

By default, all items allowed in the Packaging (see article 6 of the Tripperty Terms and Conditions) may be sent, except for items prohibited in the country of destination. In the case of an international shipment, we invite you to check the customs legislation and restrictions applicable in your country. We ship your item within 48 hours after your subscription. The indicative delivery times are usually 2-3 days in France and 3-10 days at the International.

If you have not received your item within 15 days of the subscription confirmation, please contact us by e-mail at : contact@tripperty.com.

Security

Yes, all the informations collected by La Poste are intended for the relevant department of La Poste and may only be forwarded to third parties unless that are involved in the provision of the Service.

If you receive a damaged item, send us a picture of the item received and its invoice by e-mail to the address : contact@tripperty.com or by writting to the following address : Tripperty by La Poste, 58 avenue des Caniers, ZI les Paluds, 13400 AUBAGNE, France. Tripperty will pay compensation not exceeding €23/kg.
